Congee Village is my family's go-to restaurant for family dinners. As many times we've had dinner there, I can't believe I've never wrote a review. Food is always delicious. I've recently realized that the portions haven't been as big as previously but the food is still good. The wait service is usually great. The main waiters who take the food orders can be a bit pushy and hard to get a hold of. I guess the lower you are on the totem pole, the nicer you are. Wishing Congee Village continued success in 2024!

Don't expect the best service here (you really have to go out of your way to flag a server to ask for anything), but the food has always been consistently good. My favorite/go to's are the scallops. For less than $30, you get a plateful of scallops and sugar snap peas cooked to the perfect crunch.

I came back five years after my first visit. Still love it! I ordered lamb casserole, it is delicious in a classic Cantonese style! Will definitely come back!
